HOW TO ORDER:

-Download the PDF Brick form below and mail form to 204 W 4th St. Alliance, NE, 69301 or email to art@carnegieartscenter.com. 

-Purchase bricks by mailing check with form, or through Paypal link.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT FORM:

Memorial Brick forms are avialable below as a PDF and can be filled out and mailed to 204 W 4th St. Alliance, NE 69301 or emailed to art@carnegieartscenter.com.

-Fill out your brick order. 

-You can order up to 3 bricks per form.

-Bricks can only be engraved with a maximum of three lines, each line holds a maximum of 12 spaces.

WHEN WILL MY BRICKS BE PLACED IN THE GARDEN?

Bricks are ordered quarterly through Palmer Monument Company. Our volunteer gardners are kind enough to take their free time to lay the engraved bricks for us. Winter orders will not be placed in the memorial walkway until temperatures rise enough for the mortar to set.
