submitting by email, the email must include your images as attachments. DO NOT paste images into the email document. The file name(s) for the images should be the same as the title of the piece. You

physical piece or mailing an image, the piece or photo needs to be labeled with the artist’s name, title of work, dimensions, and medium. This is to ensure there is no question that we have the
correct information about each artwork. Entry fees can be mailed, delivered in person, or paid through our Paypal link at
www.carnegieartscenter.com /exhibits/anniversary-show.Carnegie Arts Center - Alliance Nebraska - Anniversary Show Please note: When submitting images of work,
please provide high resolution images without the use of filters in order for the jury to make a fair assessment of the piece. If a piece is accepted based on an image and the jury feels that the
work was not accurately represented by the submitted image, the jury reserves the right to make the final selection when viewing the physical work.
Entry form and fees, accompanied by photos OR the original work, are due at CAC by February 10, 2024. If mailing images that you wish to be returned after selection process, please include a
self-addressed, stamped envelope.
EACH ACCEPTED WORK must be identified on the back of the piece (beneath the piece in the case of 3D) with the artist’s name, title of work, medium and selling price (or NFS with insurance value). If
you bring work in boxes or containers, please make sure that all containers are very clearly marked with your name, phone, and title/titles of pieces). All accepted work MUST arrive by 4 PM,
Saturday, March 16, 2023. If it arrives later than that time and date, it WILL NOT be included in the exhibition.
SHIPPING/INSURANCE
Artists are responsible for transit and insurance costs of artwork being transported to and from CAC. If you wish your work to be shipped back to you, this must be discussed with CAC staff two weeks
prior to end of exhibit and amount for shipping must be prepaid by artist. If shipping has not been pre-discussed with CAC staff, then all entered works should be picked up by the artist no later
than May 31st. CAC is not liable for any artwork left by artist at facility after that date.
Carnegie Arts Center insures artwork during exhibition in the gallery. In case of damage, theft or other destruction to the artist’s work in which the artist is to be paid or reimbursed, the artist
will receive 65% of the selling price listed on entry form.
SALES
Sale of artwork is encouraged. Carnegie Arts Center retains 35% commission on all sales directly related to the show. Please price all pieces to include this commission. The Carnegie is not liable if
the artist misprices a piece on the entry form and it is sold through the gallery. Accepted works may not be withdrawn or removed prior to the close of the exhibition by the artist unless it has been
agreed upon by the gallery.
